Shocking news out of Hollywood today, it has been revealed that Jesse James really loves blowjobs. And if you are a female at his business you are required to perform the act on him. No joke, Jesse James settled a sexual harassment lawsuit out of court with a West Coast Chopper employee who apparently blew him while he was still with Sandra Bullock in 2007. TMZ Report:

...a former high level, female executive with West Coast Choppers . . . claimed between 2006 - 2007, Jesse James repeatedly made sexual advances, which allegedly included sexual acts.

The woman kept several suggestive emails from Jesse. In one email in 2007, which is included in the file, Jesse wrote to the woman, "Need anything before I split?" She responded, "Some Tums." Jesse replied, "I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better ...."

And, she claims after an oral encounter with Jesse, she kept a telltale Clintonesque T-shirt.

The woman quit in 2007 and hired Gloria Allred's law firm to represent her. No lawsuit was ever filed, but on September 27, 2007, the matter settled for $725,000.

So let me get this straight: This chick basically agreed to give Jesse James head only to turn around and sue him for 725 grand, but he's the bad guy here - Oh, right, Sandra Bullock. McClung said James forced her to have sexual intimacy with him. McClung had filed a lawsuit to sue James in 2000. McClung alleged James sexually harassed her. During this time in 2000, James was dating his then girlfriend, Sandra Bullock. McClung hired Robert Coviello, who won a private settlement for her out of court, in 2001. About 4 years later, in 2005, McClung gave an interview to talk about Jesse James. McClung claimed she was kidnapped, held in captivity, threatened, sexually assaulted and ruined. McClung states, "James' conduct included, but is not limited to, the displaying of pornography in the workplace, making lewd glances towards Plaintiff and other women, sexual comments to and/or about Plaintiff and other women."

McClung states she was groped by James, "James touched and/or attempted to touch Plaintiff's intimate parts including her breasts. In addition, James touched/and or touch Plaintiff with his intimate part including his sexual organ."

Deann McClung claimed Jesse James forced himself upon her. DeAnn McClung once worked for Jesse James at his business, West Coast Choppers, in Long Beach. McClung said it happened in Oct 1999, during the time she was working for him. McClung said she had refused James’ sexual advances but on that particular day, he deceived her by saying he would send her home. James then brought her somewhere to perform the oral sex act on him.

McClung claimed she was fired in 2000 when she refused to accept more of his sexual advances. Jesse James said he fired McClung because she embezzled money. However, James was not known to have filed any police report on this matter. James said McClung’s lawsuit was a retaliatory action for being dismissed from her job.
