Tila Tequila is threatening to sue the porn site 4tube for posting an old sex tape of hers titled "Tila Tequila Sex Tape Leaked Blowjob Scene" (NSFW clip here). The video clip show Tila and an unidentified man in several compromising positions. Strangely, this newly leaked video seem very formerly to me, I need to check my emails because someone may have sent this clip into the GutterUncensored.com a few months ago. Anyway, Tequila states that she will take legal action against the site for posting her personal video footage. "A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed."
Tila's lawyer immediately blamed her on camera craziness last week on Shawn Merriman. But the guy in the leaked sex tape clip is definitely not Merriman. So, she was doing crazy things on camera way before she met him. Tila is currently suing Shawn for $1.5 million anyway.
