Rapper 50 Cent Is Being Sued by Florida Woman Lastonia Leviston Over Leaked Sex Tape

Lastonia Leviston from Florida filed a lawsuit Wednesday 50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, in New York city claiming he unlawfully distributed her homemade intimate video over the internet after he narrated it while wearing a wig and robe and can be heard making jokes throughout. She is reportedly suing 50 Cent over the naughty sex video he posted on his website last year of her and who was thought to be rapper Rick Ross. Levistion claims that the video, which depicts her in explicit situations, has caused her emotional distress. Leviston is also claiming unauthorized use of her name and image, and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with her lover, Rick Ross or Maurice Murray, in June 2008. Although 50 Cent's feud was with Ross he blurred out the face of the male in the video, and left Leviston's face visible. At the time of the leaking of the video everyone thought the man seen with Lastonia was Ross but in court documents filed, her former lover, Maurice Murray is named. Perhaps indicating she was cheating on Ross. The question the court will need to answer now is: what is Leviston’s name and image worth, and was she really distressed?

The lawsuit claims the rapper posted the video on his Web site, ThisIs50.com, describing the sex taking place. In addition to the 50 Cent's Web site, the video made it onto YouTube and other video-sharing sites, seen by millions, the suit claims. 50 Cent released the tape last year in the midst of his long-simmering feud with rapper Rick Ross, a Miami rapper whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II. Leviston is the mother of Rick Ross' child. Poking fun of this fact, the sex video is entitled "50 Cent Presents Rick Ross Baby Mama Sex Tape." So now you know why people keep on trying to kill 50 Cent. LOL...

In the 10-minute edited video, Leviston is seen showing off a tattoo on her chest with the initials "RR," seemingly in reference to Rick Ross, and the Fitty is heard narrating throughout the action, wearing curly black wig and purple robe. "Ooh, she grindin', is she a grinder?" 50 Cent can be heard saying on the audio track as a white lingerie-clad Leviston romps on a leather couch with a male 50 Cent refer to as Rick Ross but was Maurice Murray whose face is blurred out. 50 Cent is believed to have knowing it wasn't Ross but rather another man with his girlfriend/mother of his child. Leviston believes that contrary to his promise to destroy the sex tape her ex, Murray, "transferred or sold" it to the rapper. 50 Cent then edited it and uploaded it to the Internet for everyone to see, in an attempt to hurt Rick Ross.

Throughout the x-rated video he refers to the woman as a "nasty bitch," alleges Leviston is Ross' baby mama, and labels her as a "nice little shit." "Ricky don't know how to do that!" Fitty chuckles mockingly during his commentary after the blurred-face man in red boxer shorts is seen smacking Leviston's backside and going down on her. Anyway you look at it is was bad for Ross, either it was a sex video of him with his girlfriend in the hands of his foe or worse, a sex video of his girlfriend/baby mama with another man. SNL Jenny Slate Drop The F-Bomb During Her Debut

Oops! For those who missed it on Saturday night (or are not on the east coast) because you have a social life, new SNLer Jenny Slate managed to do something in her first-ever sketch that hadn't been done on the show in 28 years. The season premiere of SNL was over the weekend. Megan Fox hosted and U2 was the musical guest and new cast member Jenny Slate dropped the F-bomb during the live broadcast. But no big deal, folks need to relax. It happened at around 12:43 A.M. EST when everyone who were watching already forgot that SNL was on. In her first appearance on Saturday Night Live, during a sketch titled "Biker Chick Chat" which extensively featured the euphemism "frickin', Slate instead accidentally used the word "fuckin." Slate puffed her cheeks in a whoops expression after her slip. But we hear good news for Slate though, executive producer Lorne Michaels won't fire her. The Washington Post report:

Lorne Michaels, the show’s executive producer, said from New York late yesterday that the moment was especially traumatic for Slate because “it was literally her first time on the show. There was nothing dirty, just a slip of the tongue. It was ‘frickin’, frickin’, frickin’ ‘ and then boom! The pain that Jenny is going through is, I’m sure, considerably worse than that experienced by anybody who saw it.”

In the sketch, Slate and Kristin Wiig play biker chicks, and instead of saying "friggin'" or "freakin'" or any of the other substitutes they were supposed to use, Slate actually uttered the words "and I fuckin' love you for that." See the video below. The whoops look on her face after she just realizes what she did is even more priceless than the F-bomb itself. The last time this happened was in 1981, when the late Charles Rocket, disgruntled over his departure from the show, inserted the F-bomb as a parting gift to then executive producer Dick Ebersol. Either that or he was fired for using the f-word. Anyway, in Slate's case it was an honest mistake so firing her would be too harsh. This need to brought to the attention of parents and/or police before some one get hurt or kill. Someone seeing this should be able to identify those involved and report it to the local authorities before its too late.

Damn, these girls are violent and heartless as hell. These young girls from Malaysia think they are real gangsters. When it come to a country's faith, they say show me your children and I will show you your future. Malaysia better watch out because the future in this video is looking pretty dim. At least I think its from Malaysia but a lot of people say this video is Singaporean but most say it is Malaysian. I am sure some one will recognize the villains if not the victim and confirm where it if from thus making the proper authorities aware. People have asked for this to be posted to bring it to the attention of the authorities, only thing is needed now is comments from people in the know. People sending in this video describe the group of bully we see as "Lala girls" and most say this took place in Malaysia.

I don't fully know the truth but hopefully someone will see this and will be able to leave the true story in the comments. This video remind me of a similar video but of a bunch of American girls beating the shit out of a single girl a year or so ago. Those doing the beating in that case were all arrested. Like that video, this video is kinda painful to watch. "Keep Fucking That Chicken" News Anchor Ernie Anastos Drop The F-Bomb On Live TV In The Most Awful Manner

Here is a very funny Youtube hit. Ernie Anastos (center) with co-anchor Dari Alexander and weatherman Nick Gregory are the stars of this live on-air one. "Keep fucking that chicken," I don't even know what that mean or realize the mistake at first but it left me laughing my ass off. LOL... News anchor Ernie Anastos was apparently trying to say "plucking" but it came out as "fucking." He was chatting to weatherman Nick Gregory, who laughed with him throughout the exchange, but their colleague Dari Alexander was left with the best bug-eyed expression ever after the comment:

"I guess it takes a tough man to make a tender forecast," Anastos said to Gregory. Mimicking the old Frank Perdue chicken commercials.

"I guess that's me," Gregory replied.

Then Anastos adds: "Keep fucking that chicken."

It was a mistake but it may tell us what is on Ernie Anastos' mind. LOL... At first I thought he was insulting the other guy for his crappy forecast and I am sure that guy thought so too. "We are disappointed with Ernie's comment on the air Thursday night," Lew Leone, Channel 5 vice president and general manager, said in a statement. Anastos, Leone said, was going to apologize for "his use of inappropriate language" on Thursday night's 10 o'clock news. Chris Brown began his community service in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia today. It's day one of the 180 days and over 1,400 hours of community service Chris Brown needs to complete. He may have avoided jail time for his assault on Rihanna in February, but at least his detractors can rest assured the judge that let him off with probation and community labor was not joking about the labor part. Sporting a reflective vest and a red cap, he was surrounded by police with guns strap to their legs. He had to cut weeds, pick up trash at the side of the road and also clean up horse shit, no joke. He was cleaning up garbage and police horse stables. Best reason yet not to punch a woman in the face and choke her unconscious, you will end up cleaning horse shit. Douchebag Kanye West is at it again! I hate this guy so much you just cannot even understand. He is a psychopathic manic who made little girls cry because he has no consideration for the feelings of inocent people. Kanye West embarrassed Taylor Swift in the most awesome fashion in front of millions of viewers last night at the MTV Video Music Awards by pushing her aside and hijacking the microphone and proclaiming that she didn't deserve to win the award for Best Female Video. Remember when Kanye West said "George Bush hates black people…" on live TV? Well is becoming more apparent every year that Kanye West hate white people. Kanye West is a douchebag. He has become more and more of a piece of garbage ever since he portrayed himself Jesus Christ on the cross. I am si sick of him now. Instead of stepping on little Taylor Swift, why doesn't he ever try some bullshit like this with a man or even a person bigger than him. He interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video and once again made a complete doucebag of himself at the VMAs for like the 4th consecutive year. The AP report:

Taylor Swift was relishing her unlikely win of best female video at the MTV Video Music Awards. The 19-year-old knew that the network doesn't exactly make a habit out of giving their moonman trophies to country music stars.

"I was standing on the stage and I was really excited because I had just won the award," Swift said after Sunday's show at Radio City Music Hall. "And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on the stage. And then I wasn't so excited anymore after that."

Taking the microphone, the rapper protested Swift's selection and announced that Beyonce, also nominated, should have won because her "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it)" was "one of the best videos of all time."

A stunned Swift staggered and didn't get to finish her acceptance speech. The crowd booed West, who shortly after was asked to leave the show and left the building.

Damn, fucking sociopath. What Kanye West did to the girl was so bad I an surprise he did not go all the way and punch her in the face. Why do people buy this asshole's music? Right now we should move beyond hating Kanye West for being the incredible douchebag he is and start looking at the douchebags who support him by buying his music. Where was the security to slam his face to the floor as he was storming the stage? According to MTV News:

The rapper stormed the stage just after the first award, for Best Female Video, was presented to Taylor Swift. He cut the teen singer off, grabbing the mic and protesting in support of Beyoncé.

"I'm sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," he proclaimed as B looked on from the crowd, stunned.

His protest against Swift, however, was not well received. West stood briefly on the stage after his comments as the crowd was silent. Audience members then began to clap in support of Swift after West left the stage.

According to reports from inside the house, once cameras cut away from the action, West flipped off the crowd and returned to his seat. Wale then said to the crowd, "You can't blame a man for speaking his mind." His words were met with boos, and Wale then said, "Kanye, I tried." During the next commercial break, Pink walked by the rapper and appeared to shake her head in disgust before security escorted her away.

And of course Taylor responded like any normal 19-year-old girl would and, according to sources, cried her heart out backstage. Well, she was basically victimize by the asshole. Public pressure is now spreading like wildfire against West and what he did to Taylor so here comes the apology. It's just too bad he cannot reverse time and give Taylor chance to redo her first VMA acceptance speech, Kanye West tried to make everything all better by saying sorry to Taylor Swift on his blog (don't visit his blog). In all fucking caps:

No need to issue an apology the day after if he would just stop and think before opening his big mouth. Kanye West took to his blog once again today to issue a second apology to Taylor Swift in a short, uncharacteristically lower-case post like a normal person:

I feel like Ben Stiller in "Meet the Parents" when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave... That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry.

The asshole was smart enough to disable the comments on his blog so there is no need to visit. It is unbelievable a human being can be such a total douchebag. What the hell is wrong with him? In a classy move, Beyonce won Video of the Year at the VMAs, and instead of giving a speech, brought Taylor Swift on stage to make up for Kanye West's latest hissy fit which left her crying backstage. So a sincere hats off to Beyonce for being a great person. In the meantime, even those who defended Kanye West for his past misdeeds and hissy fits are saying he did wrong last night.
